They will have your booty and thighs feeling on-fire and you will leave feeling fierce and strong AF!

Confidence Booster: If you can accomplish any of these hikes you will feel like a bad ass!

Be Safe: Some of these hikes are pretty hard! Get there early, be prepared, have enough water and food.

Remember to leave no trace: Respect nature and pick up after yourself.

Berryessa Lake- Homestead to Blue Ridge Loop :
Hike Length: 5.1 mile loop
 🍑 Intensity: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is one of the most intense hikes on the list. Do not attempt this hike on a hot day because it will be hell. Wake up early and be prepared to get some booty work in! Unfortunately this region was devastated by wildfires in 2020 so the steps and the greenery (pictured here) may not be the same any more. Regardless, the view of the lake at the top of the hike will be worth the hard work. You can bring your snacks to enjoy at the top of the hill or you can save your appetite for the taco truck in town.

Alamere Falls
Hike Length: 11 miles
 🍑 Intensity: 🔥🔥🔥
Although this hike is super long it is flat and you will feel it most in your thighs and possibly your knees LOL. You will hike 5.5 miles to a beautiful waterfall that flows into the ocean. I brought a bottle of wine and some sandwiches to relax and enjoy the beautiful view! This hike is definitely the most beautiful on the list and is a MUST if you ask me!

Purisima Creek
Hike Length: 9.3miles
 🍑 Intensity: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I would describe this hike to be similar to life with all of its ebbs and flows. There are easy beautiful portions with dreamy creeks and wildflowers but there are also grueling uphill battles in the hot sun. Doesn't that sound like life, eh? LOL. At the end you will feel absolutely accomplished at life and you'll feel like a bad ass chingona with a strong booty!
 
The only reason this gets one 🔥 intensity less than the Berryessa hike is because there is ample shade during the majority of the hike. Most of the hike is refreshing and you are likely to see some wildlife like deer or a bunch of banana slugs which I usually compete to see who can find the most!

Mission Peak:
Hike Length: 5.8 miles
 🍑 Intensity: 🔥🔥
This one is a quickie but a goodie! You cannot go wrong with this hike if you just want to get a good and quick booty workout in and the view at the top isn't too bad either!
 
My mom did this hike with us and she stopped a few times to take breaks but look at her she still made it to the top! She is one of the most Chingona women I know and I have her to thank for my booty!

Donnor Creek Loop Trail:
Hike Length 5.1 miles
 🍑 Intensity: 🔥🔥
I feel like this hike is still under the radar and is great if you don't want to hike with hundreds of other people. I love this hike because it is not very long yet it feels like an adventure! It starts off flat with a creek running along side you and slowly you begin to make your way up the hill. One moment you are on top of the hill on a narrow trail and the next you see a mini "waterfall", then you are in a field of beautiful wildflowers. This place will give you all the feelz and your booty will be feeling it too! Haha!
P.S. if you park in the neighborhood make sure to check the parking, cops frequent the area writing tickets if you are parked in the wrong spot.
